J is away in Durham, so I thought I’d share some photos with you from a quick lunchtime stroll around Clerkenwell.
I’ve worked around this area near Farringdon on and off for a few years, but as ever when you go somewhere every day, it’s easy to forget some of the details you see all the time.
The Old Sessions Building is an impressive old courthouse that sits on Clerkenwell Green.
We seem to have a resident street artist with a few works dotted around if you keep your eyes open.
New shops and restaurants open frequently, even over the relatively short time I’ve been here, so it’s always intriguing to see what new things will appear.
It was interesting to capture some of the more “mundane” sights I walk past every day. If you have suggestions for areas you think are worth having a quick wander around with a camera, let us know in the comments!
